| Graphically show users where problems are in the file. PrintSure remote desktop client software and the browser applet have a feature which can show users, during pre-flight checking of the PDF files, where errors were found in the file, by highlighting them with a dotted a line around the element.
This feature is particularly useful with images, as many applications rename images within the PDF, making it hard to find out which image has incorrect resolution, or ink coverage, or format, etc. PrintSure will highlight the image, and open it in a viewer, such as Adobe Acrobat or Mac OS X Preview, so that the user, who is pre-flight checking the PDF file can see where the errors are located. The highlighted file can be kept for records or forwarded to an interested party and is a copy of the original file, which is left without changes. The file, containing the highlights can also be uploaded to the PrintSure server automatically. |
