Having won the contract for production of the prestigious CB News SHORT LIST publication, DLW looked at how to improve its business processes, and quickly identified the booking in and quality control workflows as a heavy resource drain.

After seeing PrintSure's successful launch at the Paris Intergraphic Show, Maxime Dumesnil, DLW's New Media Director, immediately recognised the huge savings in administration, production time and support PrintSure could offer.

DLW quickly had PrintSure up and running and after a short while had it rolled out to over 300 customers, who immediately started to send in advertising material via the automatically deployed PrintSure droplets.

As a result, the booking in, quality control, transmission and delivery, tracking and auditing is now fully automated with PrintSure.
