PrintSure is a unique system whose model can be compared to that of grid or distributed computing, as most of the processing is done by the remote client software (a.k.a. a droplet™) on the machine where it is installed, and the server only controls the remote clients, making it highly scalable.

Remote processing, central control

PrintSure droplets, or remote clients, are automatically installed on the remote workstation and users can the immediately submit files to the workflows assigned to them.

All the processing, i.e. pre-flight checking and verification is done on the server, in real-time and interactive with the user, and the file is uploaded to the PrintSure server.

Workflow details, such as the destination folder, user account, pre-flight check settings and email notification is all pre-configured in the client software via the web administration interface, so your users don't need to set anything manually.

Every time the workflow settings are updated on the server, the next time your client uses the PrintSure remote client changes will be picked up immediately and automatically.
