| PrintSure server clients are configured and controlled from the main PrintSure server, which is managed through a secure browser based portal. All the profile settings, which control what checks and corrections are carried out on the PDF file when it is processed on the client machine, are managed on the PrintSure server. The PrintSure server administrator simply makes the changes on the server, and the next time the PrintSure desktop client software is run, the latest settings are downloaded from the server automatically. No settings need to be configured on the PrintSure client, all the end users do is drag and drop files onto the desktop software, which will connect to the server, download the latest settings, pre-flight check and fix the file and then upload it to the server. |
