| Be as strict or as relaxed as you want with how you want your PDF files to come in. PrintSure groups various checks into groups, which are called profiles, and provides a simple, yet powerful editor for managing these settings. The profile editor is the most complex part of PrintSure and comes with several out-of-the-box, industry standard profiles, such as the Ghent PDF Workgroup compliant profiles, 3DAP and new standards are added all the time. Profiles allow administrators to configure all the various pre-flight check settings which will be used by the PrintSure remote client software.
 A profile is what drives the advanced DevZeroG PDF Pre-flight checking engine and determines what will be checked. Profiles allow specification of sets of checks to be carried out on the incoming files, and actions, based on results. For example, whether to fail or pass a file, or just to flag up a warning. Administrators can even specify whether to upload the files or not with the discovered problems. Profiles are easy to build up as the profile manager includes a powerful search facility, allowing to locate the required item quickly and easily. |
