PrintSure comes with pre-made email templates which are used when PrintSure sends notification emails about incoming jobs, server configuration changes and other events to users.

The built-in templates can be used as they are, or can be completely customised. All the changes are made via the secure web administration portal.

Within the template administrators can add the required text and can also use the dynamic variables which will be replaced with the real values at the time of sending the email. Data such as job ID, file name, verification results, user name and much more can be dynamically specified in the template editing engine.
